Skills gap means skills which the employers or the officers need to meet their career goals. The gap between the existing skills and the skills which our business needs should be where we focus our energies.
The current skills which I have are: focusing on the solution rather than the problem, communication skills , team-work spirit.
The skills which I need to work for my professional fields are:
- Compatibility: Compatibility means to adjust in the environment with different people and manage them. I think that I need to work on this.
- Handling adverse situations: Sometimes there is a lot of pressure on the employees or some situation come where the employees have to manage the whole work.
- Time-Management: If we want to achieve anything in our life or to become a successful person , we must know how to manage our time efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: If I will talk about technical problems, I need work on this. As I am not that much perfect in my field that I can solve all technical problems.
- Learning skills: I always have a thirst for new ventures and new knowledge for IT . So, I also have to work on my learning skills as well.
